MANFRED PHILIPP , B.S., Ph.D. , is an ex officio nonvoting member of the Board of Trustees and Chairperson of the 2006-2007 session of the University Faculty Senate (UFS). The UFS is the faculty governance body of the leading and largest public urban university in the nation. Dr. Philipp is Professor and past department chair of Chemistry at Lehman College and Professor in the Biochemistry and Chemistry Ph.D. Programs at the CUNY Graduate Center. cuny.edu
