Marcel Jacob, born in January 1964 in Stockholm, Sweden. He is the bassist in the hard rock band Talisman. In 1978, he formed the band Rising Force together with guitarist Yngwie J. Malmsteen. Three years later Jacob joined the band Europe - who at that time were called Force - replacing John Levén, who took Jacob's place in Rising Force.
