Marcia Lucas (b. 1945) is an American film editor. She met George Lucas at film school at the University of Southern California, and they were married from 1969 to 1983. They adopted one daughter, Amanda, who was born in 1981. Lucas won an Academy Award for her work editing "Star Wars" (later retitled "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope"), which was shared with two others. Wikipedia
