Marcus Brauchli is the managing editor of the "Wall Street Journal". He graduated from Columbia College of Columbia University in 1983. He succeeded Paul Steiger on May 15, 2007, who had held the position since 1991. Brauchli had previously held the positions of copy editor and foreign correspondent.
