MAYOR Marge Brown Marge Brown , retired educator after 39 years with 37 of those years teaching in the Oregon City Schools, and two years at St. Thomas in Toledo graduated from Clay High in 1955 and Mary Manse College, Toledo in 1968 with added educational classes at UT. Marge is the mother of three children, Joan Algiere (Rick), Jean Netz, and Jeff (Beth). She is the grandmother of six. Marge was elected to Oregon City Council in 1989 and served for four years. ci.oregon.oh.us
