Mark Dindal (born in Columbus, Ohio) is an American special effects animator and film director. Dindal was head of special effects on Disney's "The Little Mermaid". He went on to direct Turner's "Cats Don't Dance", and Disney's "The Emperor's New Groove" and "Chicken Little". He has been nominated for three Annie awards: one for directing "The Emperor's New Groove", one for writing it, and one for Directing "Cats Don't Dance". Wikipedia
