Mark E. Rogers (born 1952) is an American author-illustrator. He was named "Class Artist" in 1970. While a student at Pt. Pleasant Beach High School, he wrote a short novel, "The Runestone", which has since been adapted into a 1990 film starring Peter Riegert and Joan Severance.
