Mark Ellsworth Madsen (born January 28 1976 in Walnut Creek, California) is an American professional basketball player for the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves. After attending San Ramon Valley High School in Danville, California, Madsen, who is a Mormon, served for two years in Spain-where he learned fluent Spanish-as a missionary for his church.
