Mark McLoughlin (born October 26, 1965 in Liverpool, England) is a former placekicker for the Calgary Stampeders from 1988-2003 and the British Columbia Lions in 2004 of the Canadian Football League. He won three Grey Cups for the Stampeders and is the second leading scorer in CFL history, behind only Lui Passaglia.
