Marshall Fritz (b. 1943) is a California public figure. He is chairman, founder, and former president of the Alliance for the Separation of School & State. Prior to founding the Alliance for the Separation of School & State, he founded the Advocates for Self-Government, a non-profit, non-partisan libertarian advocacy and education center.
