Mason P. Oglesby III was born July 27,1967 in Norwalk. He is a 1985 graduate of Norwalk High School. Oglesby attended Miami University in Oxford, majoring in zoology (pre-med) for two years before transferring to the University of Cincinnati's Engineering and Construction Management programs. He graduated in 1991 and founded Sandusky Bay Construction Company Incorporated, a bridge and highway specialties contractor. norwalk-city.k12.oh.us
