Mel Harris (born July 12, 1957 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) is an American actress. She plays Sylvia Capshaw on the MyNetworkTV limited-run serial "Saints & Sinners". Christened Mary Ellen Harris, she attended high school in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
