Mesut Mert (born March 18, 1978 in Bulgaria) is a midfielder formerly of the Montreal Impact of the USL. He made his USL debut with the Calgary Mustangs but joined Montreal for the 2005 season after Calgary folded. He is a Bulgarian by birth but was brought up in Halifax. Wikipedia
