Michael D. Skaggs Vice President Mike Skaggs was named Vice President of TVA’s Watts Bar Nuclear Plant in July 2005. He provides general management and oversight of all operations activities at the site. Skaggs has more than 20 years’ experience in the nuclear and electric utility industry. He joined TVA in 1993 as Manager of Projects at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant and was certified as a Senior Reactor Operator during his tenure there. tva.gov
