Dr. Michael E. Pelczar (2002-2012) Dr. Pelczar was appointed as a Trustee in July 2002. He obtained a B.A. degree from Loyola College, graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and obtained postgraduate training in anatomic and clinical pathology at U.S. Public Health Service Hospital and St. Agnes Healthcare in Baltimore.
