Michael Noel Michael graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1973. He was employed in public transportation as the Manager of the Cambria Area Rural Transit (CART) in Patton, Pennsylvania and the Assistant General Manager of the Cambria County Transit Authority (CAMTRAN) in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
