I grew up in the Baltimore-Washington area. I am the middle of five children. My parents are Scottish. It was a very practical home. I'm a Catholic by birth, a non-believer by choice. I have worked for the State Highway Administration for 18 years, mostly doing computer and mapping work. Ironically enough, I don't own a car. I have commuted by bicycle off and on for years and I know the Baltimore bus system pretty well. I rent cars when I need them. MySpace
