Mike Burkhardt (Augsburg '81) is in his fourth season as an Auggie coach, working with the team’s goalies. Burkhardt played two seasons at the University of Minnesota before transferring to Augsburg in the 1979-80 season. He was a part of two MIAC championship teams (1979-80 and 1980-81) with the Auggies. He earned team MVP, All-MIAC and NAIA All-American honors his senior season, as the Auggies captured the 1980-81 NAIA national championship. augsburg.edu
