Mike MacKinnon (born 1960) was a pirate radio DJ based in England. Among the "second wave" of pirate radio DJs or presenters, Mackinnon was known as "Maj" in his early days on radio during the mid to late 1970s, when he had barely left school. Mackinnon mainly operated in the Midlands but was based in North Yorkshire seaside towns such as Bridlington and Scarborough when operating offshore. Wikipedia
