Mile Budak was a Croatian polititian and writer, best known as one of the chief ideologists of the clero-fascist Ustaše movement, which ruled illegally under Axis Powers protection in part of Yugoslavia 1941-45, waging a genocidal campaign against its Serb, Roma and Jewish minorities.
