Mitchell V. "Mitch" Harper is an American politician from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Harper served as a Representative in the Indiana House of Representatives from 1978 to 1990. In 1992 he served as a presidential elector for Indiana. Harper, an attorney, edits the weblog Fort Wayne Observed. He is a native of New Haven, Indiana, and grew up living above the family funeral business founded by his great-grandfather, Edward, in 1889. Wikipedia
