Moorfield Storey (March 19, 1845 - October 24, 1929) was a U.S. lawyer, publicist, and civil rights leader. He was born at Roxbury, Mass., graduated at Harvard in 1866, studied at Harvard Law School, and in 1869 was admitted to the bar. In 1867-69 he was private secretary to Senator Charles Sumner.
