Mountaga Tall is a Malian politician currently serving in the Pan-African Parliament. A lawyer by profession, Tall founded the National Congress for Democratic Initiative, for whom he ran for president in the 1992 presidential election, when he came third with 11.41% of the votes, after Alpha Oumar Konaré (ADEMA-PASJ) and Tiéoulé Konaté (US-RDA), and deputized that position until 1997.
