Nadhmi Auchi, born in 1937, is a British-resident, Iraqi-born billionaire businessman. In the "Sunday Times Rich List 2007" ranking of the wealthiest people in the UK he was placed 18th with an estimated fortune of £1,995 million. Nadhmi Auchi graduated in Economics and Political Science from the Mustansiriyah University, Baghdad in 1967.
