Nancy MacBeth, née Betkowski is a Canadian politician, who was the leader of the Alberta Liberal Party from 1998 to 2001. MacBeth was educated at the University of Alberta, studying French and Russian, and at Université Laval, studying French Canadian literature. Nancy Macbeth has not led an effective opposition. She is almost invisible except for around election time. There will never be an effective opposition/watchguard here in Alberta until the Liberals toss her. I would hope that the other voters of McClun www.uleth.ca/pol/election/ridings/34.htm
