Nathaniel Dawayne Hale (born August 19 1969), commonly known by stage name Nate Dogg, is an American hip hop artist born in Long Beach, California. He is known for his melodic flow, and is one of the few hip-hop artists who primarily sings his rhymes instead of simply rapping them. He began singing as a child in the New Hope Trinity Baptist Church choir in Clarksdale, Mississippi where his father (Daniel Lee Hale) was pastor. Wikipedia
