Nate Higgs is a former U. S. college and professional basketball player. Swingman for the USBL Raleigh Cougars. Standing a towering 6'7" tall, Higgs was the CIAA player of the year for ECSU in 1993, and was named to the all-conference team in 1992 and 1994. Cougars fans called him Nate-Dawg.
