Nathaniel Pitcher (1777 Litchfield, Connecticut - May 25, 1836 Sandy Hill, New York, now Hudson Falls, New York) was an American lawyer and politician who served as Governor of New York from February 11 to December 31, 1828. He was a member of the New York State Assembly in 1806 and 1815-1817, surrogate of Washington County in 1812 and 1813, town clerk of Kingsbury in 1813 and 1814, and justice of the peace. Wikipedia
