Neil Chayet Neil Chayet is a graduate of Tufts University and the Harvard Law School. Mr. Chayet is currently Vice President of Tier Technologies and Managing Director of Tier Strategies. He is also Special Counsel to the firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C.
