Nigel Dawes (born February 9, 1985 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) is a Canadian ice hockey left winger who currently plays for the New York Rangers of the NHL. Nigel, a native of Canada, is of Jamaican descent. His mother is Canadian and his father is Jamaican. Dawes scored his first NHL goal against Andrew Raycroft on October 21, 2006 in the Rangers 5-4 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. Wikipedia
