Norman Chandler Bursler (February 28, 1904-October 1983) was a midlevel official serving in the United States Department of Justice Anti-Trust Division during World War II. He was allegedly a member of the Silvermaster group of Soviet spies, and is named in Venona transcripts #1619-1620 KGB New York to Moscow, 20 November 1944 referencing information Bursler provided to Nathan Gregory Silvermaster about an Austrian financier.
