Olesya Rulin (born March 17, 1986) is an American actress, originally from Likhoslavl, Russia. She is well known for her role as Kelsi Nielsen in "High School Musical" and "High School Musical 2". Olesya has also been featured in three other Disney Channel films and several other films.
