Om Prakash (19 December 1919; Lahore - 21 February 1998; Mumbai) was an Indian character actor his acting career started in 1947. From the 1950's until the 1980's he was among the leading supporting actors. His pivotal roles in the films "Chupke Chupke", "Julie", and "Buddha Mil Gaya" are considered to be among his best along with Dadu in "Namak Halaal" and De Silva in "Zanjeer".
