Otar Iosseliani (Georgian "ოთარ იოსელიანი"; born February 2 1934 in Tbilisi, Georgia) is a Georgian-French film maker. Due to censorship, his films were repeatedly banned in the USSR, inducing Ioseliani to migrate to France in 1982.
