Osborne Earl Smith (born December 26, 1954, in Mobile, Alabama), is a former shortstop in Major League Baseball, a 13-time Gold Glove Award winner who was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2002. In 2003, he was inducted into the St. Louis Walk of Fame. He is widely cited as one of the greatest defensive players of all time, and carried the nickname "The Wizard of Oz." Wikipedia
