Patricia Labnon – Customer Service Manager Patricia relocated to Waitsfield in 1997 and is currently responsible for the Customer Service operations at WCVT, where she oversees a staff of twelve. In October 2005 she was promoted to the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to joining WCVT Patricia was employed at Citizens Communications as Call Center Manager in Johnstown, NY overseeing a staff of 200 employees. wcvt
