Paul Gait (b. April 5, 1967 in Victoria, British Columbia) is a former lacrosse player. Paul and his twin brother Gary have both played for the in the National Lacrosse League, theWestern Lacrosse Association, and Major League Lacrosse. The twins were named Co-MVPs of the Mann Cup in 1999, when they played for the Victoria Shamrocks.
