Paul Milstein (born 1923) is an American real estate developer and philanthropist. He was on the master list of Nixon political opponents. Born in New York City he attended DeWitt Clinton High School and the New York University School of Architecture. His father, Morris, founded Circle Floor Co. Inc. in 1919. After World War II, the business expanded into floor tile, acoustical ceilings and drywall construction. Paul Milstein became president in 1961. Wikipedia
