Paul Peter Murphy (born 25 November 1948) is a British politician for the Labour Party. He is MP for Torfaen, Wales, and was appointed Secretary of State for Wales on 28 July 1999. He was Secretary of State for Northern Ireland from 24 October 2002 to 5 May 2005.
