Paulo Jr. (born Paulo Xisto Pinto Junior on April 30, 1969) was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and is the bassist and only remaining original member of the Brazilian thrash metal band Sepultura. In the latter half of his career, he has played 35" 5-string Zon basses, tuned flat. Pinto is the only member of Sepultura that has always been in the band and currently the only founding member.
