Peter Cantle Manager, Engineering and Compliance Division Peter Cantle is the Manager of the Engineering and Compliance Division . He received his B.S. and M.S. in ecology from Texas A&M University. From 1978 - 1985, he was employed by the Hydril Company and Shell Mining Company.
