| Phil Brooks , Minister of Music Phil has been the Minister of Music since May of 1987. He has a Bachelor's degree in elementary education with a specialization in music, and a master's degree in school administration in from Lamar University. He currently serves as principal of Eugene Field Elementary School in Beaumont, Texas. Phil is married to Wanda, and they have three children, Katy, Justin and Cody. nebcbeaumont.org
