Phil Robb Engineering Section Manager Open Source & Linux Organization Hewlett-Packard Phil Robb is an Engineering Section Manager in the Open Source & Linux Organization of Hewlett Packard. In this role Phil leads several product development teams focused on Open Source Solutions and Open Source Governance. Phil is also a long-standing member of HP’s Open Source Review Board which is the governing body within HP for all open source software usage and deployment.
