Philip Vickery (born 2 May 1961) is a British celebrity chef. He is the former Head Chef of the Castle Hotel, Taunton where he won, amongst other awards, a Michelin star, 4 AA rosettes and the AA Chef of the Year. He now owns a gastropub, in Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire. He currently appears on the television programmes "Ready Steady Cook" and "This Morning".
