Phillip Langdon Winn, born May 18, 1972 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, raised primarily in San Diego, California, commonly known as Phillip Winn. On March 3, 1995, he created W6 (Winn's World Wide Web Weakly Weekly), which he later developed into W6 Daily, an early weblog. He is currently co-owner, designer, and technical director of Blogcritics, and a frequent guest on internet radio show SUBJECT2DISCUSSION. He is a resident of Carrollton, Texas.
