Dr. Holmes is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently a Consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the Kingston Public Hospital and the Bustamante Children’s Hospital. Dr. Holmes completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the Pennsylvania State University in 1993.
