Pius was born and raised in Hong Kong and came to the United States in 1977. He moved to Houston in 1982. Pius is fluent in Cantonese and understands Mandarin. The Houston Association of Realtors awarded him the International Realtor of the Year in 1998 and the National Association of Realtors awarded him the CIPS Instructor of the Year in 1999.
