Quentin Alice Louise Bryce, AC (born 1942 in Longreach, Queensland) is Governor of Queensland, Australia. She is only the second woman since 1859 to become Governor of Queensland. She grew up in Ilfracombe, Queensland, and studied at Moreton Bay College, Brisbane, and later at the University of Queensland, where she was graduated with a bachelor of arts and laws.
