Rachael Flatt (born July 21 1992 in Del Mar, California, USA) is an American figure skater. She is the 2006 U.S. Junior silver medalist. She missed the 2006-2007 Junior Grand Prix season due to injury, but made her senior debut at the 2007 United States Figure Skating Championships, where she placed 5th.
