Raymond "Rags" Matthews (born August 17, 1905-January 1, 1999) was an All-American football player at Texas Christian University in the 1920s, playing end on both offense and defense. A Fort Worth native, Matthews attended Poly High School before TCU. He lettered three times under coach Matty Bell, during which the Horned Frogs posted a cumulative record of 17-5-5.
